3 cups of flour
1/2 lb butter
1 cup brown sugar
- Preheat the oven to 325.
- Cream the butter and sugar. The easiest way to do this is with a hand mixer.
- Add the flour and mix well. Knead with your hands briefly until the dough becomes smooth.
- Roll out the dough until it is approximately 1/2 thick. Either cut out with cookie cutters or cut into strips.
- Place on an ungreased cookie sheets and and bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
